DONATION PROCEDURES & GUIDELINES

Since the park opened 25 years ago, The Beach Waterpark has committed its resources to improving the communities it serves throughout the Warren County, Greater Cincinnati and Greater Dayton area. Our charitable resources have been focused on serving the youth of our area through contributions to programs and events that support education and good citizenship.    

The Beach has established the following procedures and guidelines to assist you with your charitable donation request.

1. All requests must be mailed or faxed to our offices and must use your organization’s stationery
2. Your request must be received in our office at least 4-6 weeks prior to your event
3. The date, time and location of your event should be included in your request
4. Include the beneficiaries of the event and whether the event matches our focus on youth
5. A specific description of what you are requesting should be outlined in your request
6. A maximum of one request per year per organization is established
7. All donations are limited to Warren County, Greater Cincinnati and Greater Dayton organization.

NOTE:  A limited number of park tickets are set aside annually for donation to charities or events.  A maximum of two tickets is available per request (only if there are tickets left in the allotment for the year). If we are out of donation tickets you may also request discounted tickets or coupons.  If you are interested in obtaining additional tickets as a charity item, please contact The Beach office at 513-398-4356 for price and availability of purchase.
